Izuku Midoriya, neglected and bullied due to his lack of a quirk, endured abuse from his family and friends, especially his twin sister Izumi and Katsuki Bakugo. One fateful day, when locked outside his home, Izuku was kidnapped and taken to a secret location. There, he was subjected to cruel experiments and given an artificial quirk called "One Above All."

All For One was known to be an infamous and Tyrannical villain with a quirk that stole the quirks of others. Sure sounds like an evil guy. But, what if he finds the love of his life?
