Both suffering, both searching for themselves behind their masks. When they meet, they hate how easily they can read each other. But could this uncomfortable truth be what ultimately draws them together, the need to be understood by someone who sees through the facade?

Some aspects won't be exactly the same as in the original show, just for the sake of the story and better flow. There will be strong language and mature content. All characters are, of course, aged up.

hiii ♡
at first, this was actually an original story I had in mind, with its own plot and characters. later on, I thought it would be cool to turn it into a fanfiction. that's why it might feel a bit different, it still has lots of personal thoughts, introspective stuff, and some philosophical vibes, because those were always part of it from the start.
this is my first time seriously writing, so I'm still learning. feel free to share any advice!
hope you'll like it!
(also, english is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes!)
fanart credits: found it on Pintrest and the tag was @meeoup, don't know if it's right tho
