They start an ambiguous relationship, one that Dream seems to dislike despite being the one to begin the whole thing in the first place. George is still willing to accept it all, whether it's good for him or not. - It is implied, not written out explicitly, that George tops once. Inspired heavily by Banana Scandal season 2 :)
