Class E was a new class created by UA to create hero's that are only used as a last ditch effort. That they would only be used for Emergencies when the hero's can no longer handle the situation at hand. They were specifically picked by UA on their quirks and their ability to blend in and a just to different environments. (The E in class E stands for emergency). Unbeknownst to her, Percy has also entered his name into the Hunger Games an obscene amount of times, giving all of his subsidies to families like the Everdeens. Percy's life changes irrevocably when Sally is killed, sending him into a deep depression. Primrose Everdeen, the only contestant to Sally in terms of popularity because of her lovable nature, becomes his new purpose, but what happens when Katniss volunteers for her in the Reaping, and Percy himself is chosen next? Will he fight for survival, or for something else entirely? This story pretends that Trials of Apollo doesn't exist. Sorry.
