Elizabeth Bennet refused Fitwilliam Darcy once, but in the face of his current offer she knows there is no hope such a rejection can happen now. With her father dead, Mr. Collins coming within the week to take Longbourn, and her dear sister's happiness at stake, Elizabeth must make a choice - a selfless one - that will leave her tied to cold, uptight, and taciturn Darcy . . . a man she knows to be incapable of true feelings or love, and surely the last man in the world she could ever wish to marry.

What if Mr. Darcy was more determined to have Elizabeth? No matter the price? What if Lydia's situation forced Elizabeth to accept his advances? Will Elizabeth's prejudice, anger, and hatred for Mr. Darcy persist . . . or will she realize that love is sometimes found in places she never expected it to be found? An alternate ending to Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, currently my favorite book of all time. May change the rating later. Hope you enjoy!

She is a barely tolerable girl, and he is a vampire who has no time for such nonsense. In 1811 England, a duel of feelings is nigh as the characters must wage battle with pride, prejudice, stigma, social conventions, their friends and family to get their hearts desire. A vampire rewrite of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice.

This is based off the 2005 version of pride and prejudice. From Darcy's point of view. I hope you like it.

I have just finished reading Pride and Prejudice for the 100th time, and I really wanted to see how Elizabeth and Darcy handle their married life, so I decided to write my own sequel. This is just to satisfy my own wild side, I have never been to Great Britain (but I would love to!), and I know very little of the 19th century traditions. *I appreciate all the corrections I get on the culture/timeline/location/language/plotline dearly and would do my best to fix my mistakes in the story. I only request that you put a smiley face emoji at the end of a correction 😀. It is not a requirement, but it would be highly appreciated.

***COMPLETED*** What happens when Wickham reveals his true wicked nature much earlier than in the original Pride and Prejudice story? Unlike in Jane Austen's original novel Mr Wickham decides that he will attend the ball at Netherfield Park. Over confident, and enjoying Darcy's unease at his presence, Wickham gets carried away with his drink. He takes his flirting with Elizabeth Bennet entirely too far and his actions have far reaching consequences, changing the normal course of our Pride and Prejudice story. As Elizabeth is forced to reassess her judgements of the two men from Derbyshire, will our couple still find their happily ever after? How far are Wickham, Miss Bingley and Lady Catherine willing to go to stop them? **Warning this story contains a scene involving assault**

In this modern story, Elizabeth Bennet comes from a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada. She has recently been given the opportunity to study abroad but there is a small problem. She has to deal with the prideful Mr.Darcy. Will he overcome his pride? And will she get over her own prejudice? This story is loosely based on the book. Mr.Wickam does not have a big part. This is my first story so I hope you like it. Feel free to comment and give me your opinions.

He cannot watch her make a mistake of such magnitude. Darcy: A woman as brilliant, beautiful, and witty as Elizabeth Bennet deserves a good match. One better than her silly cousin, or that irredeemable rake Wickham, who I know to be much different from the image he presents to the world. Can I save her from committing herself to a disastrous marriage? Elizabeth: Considering he finds me merely tolerable, the unpleasant Mr. Darcy is unduly obsessed with the gentlemen who wish to court me. Though I have no intention of marrying Mr. Collins, I find myself inexplicably drawn to the witty Mr. Wickham, in spite of Darcy's objections. I cannot imagine why Darcy thinks his opinions would sway me, nor can I understand why I cannot stop thinking about the infuriating man.
