This is a one-shot that takes place after God Valley incident in Marineford, Dragon returns to Marineford and he has to face the consequences of his actions. However he still hasn't recovered from what he experienced in God valley and he leashes out on the higher ups expressing his feelings. Garp, whom everyone believed was dead, returns to the marinebase and have a heart to heart conversation with Dragon
