Katsuki Bakugou was almost completely deaf. He could barely hear his own explosions anymore, but that didn't stop him from trying to become a pro hero. He couldn't wait to prove everyone wrong when they said he couldn't be a hero because of his hearing loss. He manages to pass the UA entrance exams and gets accepted, along with his childhood friend, Midoriya. They're placed in class 1-A with the luck that the home room teacher actually knows asl.
