I forgive you. Aziraphale watched as Crowley walked out the door. He'd seen the demon walk out of the bookshop a million times, always knowing that he'd walk right back in the same door tomorrow. This time, the door closed with a stifling sense of irrevocability. This time, Crowley wasn't just walking out of his bookshop. This time, Crowley was walking out of his life. I forgive you. Foolish. Stupid. Cruel. Those hadn't been the words sitting at the tip of his tongue. Far from it. But it didn't matter. Those had been the words he spoke, and he couldn't take them back now. ~oOo~ Or, the one where Aziraphale realises he needs to ask Crowley's forgiveness this time. Meanwhile, Crowley is just trying to make the Bentley stop playing Taylor Swift.

"The last 24 hours had been hard for the demon to forget. He had never experienced a breakup, that was such a human thing. He had always believed that he could deal with it...well, at this point, Crowley had been wrong. Utterly, utterly wrong. So, the demon found only one way to drown away all his sorrows - which finally had ended up in excessive amounts of alcohol." Aziraphale goes missing. Captured by none other than - guess who - Archangel Gabriel himself, Heaven wants to take their final revenge on Crowleys angel friend. As the demon arrives at the bookshop only to find it scattered in ruins, it's up to him rescuing his angel. Whatever it takes. Or Crowley will lose more than just the love of his eternal life...

"Since the Apocalypse had been avoided, the bond between the angel and the demon had grown closer. For the first time in 6000 years Aziraphale...felt something for Crowley. He didn't know what the strange feeling was when the ginger-haired demon was around, but - he was an angel, for Gods Sake. His kind used to be caring and loving, whatever or whenever." Aziraphale begins to question the Great Plan and its purpose on love. According to this, a demon and an angel aren't made for each other. When Crowley finally shows up at his bookshop and tries to confess his feelings for the angel, he breaks up. Leaving an angry demon and a very sad angel. Not knowing what they gonna do. Little do both of them know that these weren't exactly the commands from God herself...

A new angel is sent to monitor the humans and report back to Heaven as a replacement for Aziraphale. Despite pretending so well, and doing such a good job of fitting in with the humans for quite awhile now, she slips up, and reveals her identity when she senses such an immense amount of love in someone that she just can't believe it. "You are so loved!" She shouts at the person she feels this from, before running away stuck in her jealousy. This left Aziraphale to ponder why there was another angel on Earth, but he figures it out quickly. What he does have trouble with, is figuring out who in his 6,000 years could have loved him so much that it throws off an angel in disguise. Which is Crowley's cue to panic. Warning: they're both dumbasses. Also, lots of fluff. Technically demons don't really need to sleep, but Crowley swears that his body is uncomfortable after the consumption of too much alcohol. His mind is too bottled up from talking earlier that he jumps into bed and barely thinks of his surroundings. His body merely feels exhausted, aching from the effort of suppressing his desires." Now that Aziraphale is in heaven and Crowley is all alone on earth what will become of them? How are heaven and hell going to react to the changes in power?
