After the Wizarding war the Ministry of Magic declares there is a new mandatory subject, the baby project as it is called. People get paired off and each pair gets a baby. Some are perfect for eachother, others not so much. Let's see what happens shall we? The war is over and the population is at the lowest as it ever been in the last century.
