Four months have passed since the war between Japan and Outcast of Hell. Izuku Yagi is being locked in an unknown facility facing his punishment for his wrongdoing. The world is starting to recover from all the damage caused by the war, but the same cannot be said for Japan. Following the announcement of Izuku's past, chaos plunged into Japan turning it into a city filled with crimes. With the absence of All Might who's crowned to be the Symbol of Peace, villains start to rule the city from the shadow and heroes are nowhere to be seen. Witness as the world of quirks and hell starts to intertwine.....

Everything change after deku was deemed quirkless. His parents forgotten and neglected him, his sister and friends bullied him and almost killed him and after 8 years of torture his was kidnapped and experiment to be turn into a nomu. He returned and he's not the same person for before.

What started as a simple PR stunt-forcing the reckless Rabbit Hero, Rumi Usagiyama, to take on an intern-quickly turned into something far more complicated. Izuku Midoriya wasn't just another student. He was sharp, relentless, and unwilling to back down, no matter how brutal her training was. Their dynamic was never meant to be easy, but as time passed, admiration turned into something neither of them could ignore. Izuku is 18 Here. This Fic is after the fight with Overhaul and before everything else. Shigaraki and the rest are still active, a few tweaks have been made as you will see and he is generally a bit less of a dense little rock. Izuku wasn't born with a quirk and was bullied by his friends and neglected by his family members, but that didn't stop him from trying. It wasn't until he met some people in his dreams and taught him different types of energies that were long forgotten.
