Short story spin off of the popular Greek myth of Hades and Persephone. Originally written as an assignment for my English class.

After the titanomachy era and the ten year divine war, Hades focuses on his new life as the new king of darkness- until the day he lays his eyes upon the bride of summer. Based on greek mythology (Currently editing)

This is a tiny retelling of Hades and Persephone. There are thousands out there, I am not original, but I couldn't stop thinking about this. Hopefully someone else out there appreciates this tidbit.

When Kore accidentally takes the life of a rabbit, she knows what her mother's reaction will be: taking away the little freedom she has. So she does what any girl would do. She asks the dreaded king of the Underworld to let her bring it back. A short retelling of Hades and Persephone.

When Persephone dissappears, Demeter calls in the help of Hades to retrieve her lost daughter. Hades soon finds out she is held captive by the Darkness in the Void. In order to save her, he makes a deal with the Void, but slowly he realizes Persephone might not be there against her will...

Everyone knows the story; he was hers, and she was his.
