it was a normal day in Smurf Village. everything was perfect until Gargamel attacked and captured all the smurfs, except for smurfette. she managed to free them all on her own. but that was when she had a breakdown and broke in tears. and that was when Papa Smurf had a decision to make, and it wasn't easy for him and the rest of the smurfs. he must send her away so Gargamel will FINALLY leave her alone for good. but he and Willow talked it over, and she's gonna let her best 3 smurfs, storm, lily, and blossom go with her so she had help in her travels. there was 1 place the 2 leading smurfs will send them: bikini bottom. there, the 4 meet the legendary sponge himself, and he helps them be the new residents in town. After facing the wrath of Gargamel and his pets Azreal the cat and Monty the vulture the Smurfs have no other enemies to fights until they discover strange colourful creatures called the Trolls who stumble across their universe during an accident. When Gargamel plans to create a portal that will allow him to enter the Trolls world to turn all the trolls into his army so that they can invade Smurf Village one day, the Trolls must work with the Smurfs to stop him, as only the Smurfs know this new enemy of theirs. This is a newly improved Smurfs and Trolls crossover that also takes place after Smurfs: The Lost Village and Trolls: Band Together. Only read this if you find the other one not interesting.

After facing the wrath of Velvet and Veneer, Branch, Poppy, and some of the other trolls have no other enemies to fight until they discover a portal leading into a place inhabited by not only strange blue creatures calling themselves the Smurfs, but an evil wizard that vows to take down the smurfs and all who aid them. When Velvet and Veneer team up with Gargamel to plan something more evil to destroy their enemies, the trolls must team up with the smurfs to take them down. This story takes place after Smurfs: The Lost Village and Trolls: Band Together

The Smurfs and their new friends traveled back to Manhattan after Gargamel succeeds in chasing the little blue people from their village and through a magic portal. They reunited with their human friends Patrick and Grace Winslow, including their son, Blue, and Patrick's step-father, Victor Doyle.
