John is the new kid, with everything that comes with that title; awkwardness, shyness, and attempts to make friends. Except all of this is made even worse with the fact that he's deaf. Dave is your stereotypical resident coolkid. Except he's not. He's a huge nerd, but most people find him intimidating, what with his shades and the fact that he doesn't talk to anyone. Or rather, that he can't talk to anyone, being mute. The two get paired together and form a close bond quite quickly, to the surprise of most of the school, but to none of their friends'. ((I really suck at descriptions. Also, updates for this aren't set, so be prepared for longish waits between chapters or several at a time.))

dave and dirk get kicked out of there home in Texas. so they go to live in england with some cousins. they didn't go by air but by ship and while at sea a bad storm sank the ship and the two boys get rescued by .....a merman?!

THIS WONT BE FINISHED I'm sorry I started writing this when I was 15, I'm 18 now and i have different interests and priorities. I'm sad by this to but I just cant bring myself to continue homestuck is so far away in my head. It's almost a bit cringey to me now. Thank you for those who have read and again I'm sorry. One of his father's most important rule is, "Do not associate yourself with the Ampora's. For they bring nothing but trouble." Would it have killed him to mention this before Kankri agreed to be friends with one? Kankri is unsure of what his father would say if he found out Kankri was speaking with one, let alone friends with one. But the situation gets a bit more complicated when he feels himself falling for one. These are going to be long chapters so I hope you all enjoy that sort of thing, I know I do.
