But they are mostly targeting the Holy Britannian Empire as it practices Social Darwanism as it believe of being superior and everyone else is inferior to be served to the strong, which caused of conquering other countries to become their colonial territories called Areas. One of them is Japan as it holds the rare minerals that can be used as energy source known as Sakuradite, which is a reason from Britannia to wage war on Japan and become Area 11. It also that discrimination, oppression, and even slavery is something that Xavier Salvador won't ignore anymore. Now, the Salvatians has come to declare war on each 3 major superpower nations, most notably the Holy Britannian Empire as the war will be both liberation and retaliation.
