But now in a New world where workers are oppressed and leaving in technology of the stone age, the Red Bear is awoken once more, and nothing would stop it from liberating the workers from it's chains. What if it wasn't Japan that teleported to another world, but rather a certain superpower country on Earth. This country was once America's Cold War rival and collapsed in 1991 due to an August coup and subsequent economic collapse. However, in this alternative timeline, the August coup was successful, and this superpower country still exists until the 21st century. This country is, in fact, the Soviet Union. What actions might the Soviet Union take in this new global context? How might the natives of the new world respond to the emergence of this new and possibly global power? What strategies might the Soviet Union pursue in light of the knowledge that magic and fantasy exist in this New World?
