Harvey is a 16 year old boy with a sassy attitude, he's sarcastic and plain rude. He lives in a mansion with his wealthy parents, his dad is the mayor of the small town they live in called Newhill. But under all the mean remarks and never getting close to anyone there's a reason he's the way he is, and it all starts at home.
