Rachel falls asleep playing Stardew Valley, and wakes up in-game. Suddenly face-to-face with her crush Shane, she discovers their relationship is closer than she imagined. This story was inspired by a dear reader of mine, Rachel2371, who left this delightful comment on my other fic (Stalker Shane): "Stocker Shane.. nah Stalker Shane... yeah"

A short story featuring Shane and you, the farmer. It's that time again. You have to return to the mines for resources, an activity that you know Shane hates you doing, especially alone. You have no other option though, you desperately need the materials for repairs and tool upgrades. When he finds out you have to go, Shane instantly expresses his worry for your safety, leading to a confession that you never even considered. (cover art is not mine, creds to the artist)
