In the mits of rebuilding her identity, her idea of the future is challenged by a (over) confident, loud-mouthed trouble maker, forcing Wren to question what she is willing to work through to understand what is is to truly love and be loved. Sam had coasted through his life, never challenged, never objected. Sure, his constant pranks on the mayor and less then smooth love life has come with consequences, but nothing has ever been serious to him, and he liked it that way. Until he sees the farmer, and for the first time in his life, is faced with a challenge and long lasting consequences.
