Ryder watched as that loser guy tugged a strand of hair behind Sparrow's ear and a small smile lit up her face. Punching him in the gut. The unwelcoming feeling once again attacked him as he recalled her words. 'Was throwing away my love for a fancy bike worth it, Ryder?' 'Damn that bet and damn this bike', Ryder decided with resolve. Time to win her back. No matter what it takes. She can run away all she wants. Let's see for how long she can keep it up. With determination, Ryder called out Sparrow's name for the whole campus to hear, she looked at him with a questioning frown. Pulling out a bottle of petroleum, Ryder poured it over the brand-new Ecosse Spirit ES1-worth $3.6 million, flicked open a lighter and tossed it onto the bike, watching as flames devoured the sleek machine. Sparrow looked at him with wide perplexed eyes. However, she quickly schooled her features, then did the unthinkable, gave him the middle finger and walked away. A small wicked smile tugged at Ryder's lips at her audacity. It was an open challenge. Everyone knew that signature smirk of Ryder meant trouble, and in this case it was for Sparrow Andrews. The game is on.
