Himiko Toga had just started working at a hospital as a new nurse, yet her first day does not go as smoothly as she thought, as her very first patient is a injured police officer named Izuku Midoriya, who by meeting, they both knew that they would be seeing more of each other.

during a field trip, Himiko Toga and her classmates went to a university so to see what lies ahead of them in their future, yet as they toured around the university they came into the science building where while looking around, Toga felt quite bored and was not really paying attention to anything so much in fact that she did not feel a small spider land on her shoulder where it then made its way to her neck as it then bites down on Toga's neck, which by her feeling this had made her react as she then smacked the side of her neck killing the spider which afterwards she shrugs off, but unbeknownst to her, that very spider had just given her unique powers which she struggles to decide whether to use them for good or evil, or perhaps a bit of both.

Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless boy who one they decided to go to another school's festival in the neighboring City, though while there he had bumped into girl name Himiko Toga, by meeting her, Izuku will soon discover a dark truth about her.

Izuku yagi was diagnosed quirkless and so he was neglected by his parents and bullied by his sister and her friends (Bakugo twins , todoroki twins , ochako and iida ) and after izuku was told to kill himself he knew they were beyond forgiveness and then asks all might if he could be a hero without a quirk and all might said no and then see all might turn into his dad and give his sister his quirk and izuku went back home and grabbed all his stuff and leaves but see a hospital on fire and so izuku saves the people in the hospital but gets trapped and accepted death but suddenly izuku meets all might worse enemy all for one

during a big fight between the heroes and the league of villains, Deku suddenly lost his life trying to save and unconscious Himiko Toga, but while he was passing away drops of his own blood fell into Toga's mouth, which suddenly wakes her up and sees the now passed away Deku, from seeing that she soon hears the heroes heading towards her direction, so she quickly flees the area, but after hours later and we're grouping with the league of villains, she suddenly begins to hear Deku's voice in her head, saying that she must carry on where he left off.

What if Izuku wasn't as tolerant as he is in the original story? What if he was crumbling down bit by bit with every insult he got? What if he just couldn't keep himself together anymore? What if he never got a ray of hope shined on his dream?
