Coney Island with Swan and The Warriors was your home. After that night alone with Swan when The Warriors first made themselves known, the gang started climbing the ladder of success and got a reputation on the map. As the gang grew as the weeks and months went by, The Warriors became a gang of worthy and high numbers. Sure there was a lot of you, but you never felt such confidence in all of your street life. Gaining some interest from the Gramercy Riffs, a total of ten from each gang in the city was allowed to attend a meeting in The Bronx, for a truce. That meant Ajax had to keep his temper down, Swan had to keep his hands off you and you were to be weaponless for a night. As you predicted, the night went upside down, men were killed, women were tortured and you had come face to face with a situation that triggered past memories; with the opportunity for history to repeat itself again.

Whilst a contingent of the Warriors fight through the cityscape of New York their brothers in Coney Island come under attack though help from an unexpected source is on hand. It's July the 4th, 1979. The Warriors are meeting up in the Bronx to listen to Cyrus' word. On the other side of the city is a girl named Red, with an itch for trouble. Soon she meets the boys, and quickly gains favour with the mischievous, outspoken, Ajax.
