It does follow along with the game, but the main focus is the romantic build up between Tav and Astarion. Along with extra bits added into the mix for additional story telling, more opportunities for bonding, and more intimate scenes between the characters as a spark of romance grows between Tav, and the mysterious elf Astarion. Not to mention, more chances for Tav to fight against the wretched evil growing inside of her only known as The Dark Urge. Come along with Tav, and the rest of the party on this adventure to Baldur's gate to rid herself of the mind flayer parasite in her head, as she finds friendship, love, and her own inner strength along the way.
