"I do have something in mind, actually." The words were certain and very clear. Celine leaned back against the couch, her smirk softening into something darker, quieter. "Well then," She said, voice smooth enough to make my spine tingle, "Come show me." My breath caught before I could even think. The room seemed to hum around us-the low buzz of the liquor, the faint rustle of the robe against my skin, her eyes following me as she'd already decided what was going to happen next. Something in my chest fluttered-or maybe it flipped. The words weren't loud, but they pulled at me anyway like a command wrapped in velvet. I hesitated, barely. Then the hesitation melted away, the same way the liquor did earlier. My body moved before my mind caught up, slow and deliberate 𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘴, drawn to her like gravity wasn't a choice. 𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓𖤓 Monét was never one to follow rules, that word seemed unknown to her knowledge. Monét was a troublemaker, it ran in her blood-well half of her blood. Her father being the chief of the police, the rule follower, yet he made an exception for his daughter always running to her rescue when needed. Monét was also the type to get what she wants, so when she sees this older lawyer-you can guess what she wants. And she intends to get it, stopping at nothing. She wouldn't let anything stop her, not age, not her issues, not her father, not a judge. Nothing would stop her from getting what she wanted.

"Are you... lost?" Someone asked, her tone impatient. I stopped scanning the room to find the woman behind the voice. I blinked. She had the most luminous blue eyes I had ever seen. Even in the dim glow of the bar they glowed brightly, like her pupils were some type of smooth stone at the bottom of a clear blue ocean. Within her blue there flickered tiny speckles of silver, which gave her an icy, somewhat stony appeal. But it was her slight, lopsided smile that erased any signs of wanting to be alone. No wonder this bar was so popular. "Uh, no," I said, holding up the Help Wanted sign I had snagged from the front window. The woman's cool eyes flickered between the sign and me. She didn't say anything, only looked slightly thoughtful as slender fingers raked through her long blonde hair. "What can you do?" She finally asked, definitely not expecting me to be able to do much of anything at all. She'd be right. "Anything and everything," I answered-lied-instantly, hoping I didn't look too desperate, didn't sound too eager. To be perfectly honest, I hadn't worked a day in my life. My hands were used to weekly manicures not hard labor. But desperate times call for desperate measures. The blonde appeared thoughtful again. Those magnificent eyes gave me a once over, slow and steady. You could see the cogs turning in her head as she considered it. I decided to try and sound more convincing. "I have many skills," I added. Okay, so I stole that from Xena, but I was hoping it worked as well for me as it did for her. The blonde lifted a sculpted brow and the smile was, once again, back on her lips. She seemed amused. Maybe she was a Xena fan? "Alright... I'll start you off cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping the floors, doing the dishes..." Crap.

I let out a soft Mmm and instantly opened my eyes to see her looking at me with her head slightly tilted to the side and an amused smile playing on her lips. "Do you always have that reaction to things that taste good?" The possibility of a double meaning to her question wasn't lost on me and it surprised me, making me cough. I cleared my throat before answering. "Well, it depends.." I answered carefully. "On what?" She leaned forward slightly with what looked like an almost mischievous glint in her eyes. "On what I'm eating," I fired back sounding a lot more confident than I felt. Her eyebrows went up slightly. *** When Ren stumbles upon a job opportunity, she never thinks that it'll completely change her life. A short Christmas Romance : : : I was enthralled with the crimson frosting, green glitter, and sprinkles as soon as I opened wrapper of my donut. All my concern appeared to dissipate as I nibbled into the delectable pastry, that was, until Darius said. "Can you not moan? It stiffens my cock." I hurled, disgusted by how vile she can be. She was extremely stunning and attractive, but her conduct was not. "Couldn't you not tell me about your little peanut." "Baby, this will put you in a wheelchair," she chuckled, her tone dripping with confident.
