When he was younger, he complained to his parents about hearing voices in his head and seeing a blonde hair girl with blue eyes, so they took him to the hospital where they diagnosed him as schizophrenic. Since they were one of the founding families Bill decided that it was best to keep it a secret from everyone else. So that's what Jaxon did, everyone who wasn't his family had no idea about the things that was going through in his head.
