Fifth Sector is a group that has regulated soccer within Japan and are trying to take over the world with regulated soccer. They use SEEDS who are specially trained children or Imperials who help Fifth Sector. . Matsukaze Tenma, a boy who has shut himself out from others, barely speaking, but his love for soccer says enough. One day he went to help a puppy but once he got it out, some wooden planks started falling.
