Look, I don't know how the freaking hell I got here. I was just walking and.....well, the actual problem here is that the characters have KILLER FACES. In her mind was her family who yet again troubled her so much that she wanted to cut ties with them. But in the 19th century a woman can't survive without a man or her family beside her side. That's why she has to plan carefully her exit. If they get wind of her schemes she will be in trouble. After all, this time around there's no way they would spare her. No one except a few people are on her side, but how can she tell they are? They mostly stayed silent or were never present when it went downhill for her.
