(INTRO) I was sitting at the bar late at night chatting it up with Husk. He seemed mellow, and calm as he listened to me, pouring me drink after drink. I was rambling on about how I haven't spoken to my parents, and how everything fell apart. My eyes were growing heavy as the sweet poison of alcohol took over. Husk noticed I was having more than I should to drink.. "Look Y/n. I think you had a little one too many." My eye twitched slightly, "The fhuck?" I looked at him slurring my words... "Excuse me?... Huks. I am more tha capable. Of drinkin' My parents fault, really. They make me sahd." I grabbed my face staring at the glass "Holy shit... Shiiittt... Wait! I need more!" I reached out to the bottle in his hand, and he slapped my hand away "Goddamn Y/n. Get a hold of yourself... You can't be doing this every night. Plus you're starting to not make any sense..." I wasn't sure what love was. Everyone spoke of it like a legend. Something sacred that you'd capture if you were lucky. The man I had let take my heart wanted to carve it out of my chest as proof. I tried to forget feeling that way about him. I tried to figure out why I could ever love someone like him. He terrified me but at moments it was like a roller coaster. Up and down I would try to hold on for dear life. I liked how he made me feel alive, knowing he was always there made me feel less alone. He had done something to me I wish he hadn't.
