He also had a high altitude for knowledge and spell-casting and was also born gifted with three abilities, two were considered very rare, one was Seer and the second Parseltongue, and the third was called Legilimency. When she learned about his abilities she was extremely happy and wasn't going to let the opportunity of having a member of the Black family who was born with three rare magical powers go to pass. She wrote in her will that she would leave everything to her great-nephew including 12 Grimmauld Place, the Black family vault, and the family elf Kreacher, before dying in 1985, leaving Noctis to reside in the house alone for his own safety for most of his life from the Ministry of Magic until he turns 11 when the headmaster of Hogwarts arrives changing his life forever.
