First they thought they where just friends, but a normal friendship turns into something more. Well, it can always happen. Just a normal day, and then you would confess your love. To the one, you have followed around for so long. This fanfic takes place a few weeks after 3x24, Castle and Beckett goes to Kate her dad's cabin.

Young Katherine Beckett is a principal at Marlowe Prep academy, a prestigious school for wealthy families. One day a student gets herself into trouble causing her father to have to come and talk to the principal. When Her father meets Kate they immediately find a connection but Kate's hard past causes it to be hard for them to admit it.

They like to tease each other with nicknames, get under the others skin. And now is no different, even with Becketts apartment blown up they still taunted each other. But maybe this time a slight slip of the tongue will do them both some good.

Richard Rodgers just out of highschool is the top Quarterback in the nation, when a heartbreak causes him to decide on a different college he packs up and leaves for Stanford. While there he meets Kate, a shy but strong willed girl. After bonding and getting to know each other Rick questions himself if he's ready to open up his heart again. More so he's given an opportunity that could change his life forever.
