In this tale as old as time, two opposites lives are about to be intertwined. Klara Stocke is a hard-working and ambitious photographer from a Small town in Pennsylvania that doesn't give herself the time to think twice about social interactions much less romance. Ville Valo is a well known Singer and Songwriter in Finland that's been at the bottom of the bottle and finds himself lovesick in the blink of an eye. A business trip and Chance has brought the two unexpectedly together and Ville is falling fast but Marley is still unsure. Does love really conquer all? I do not own Ville Valo, HIM, or the lyrics used in any of the chapters. This isn't a reflection of Mr. Valo's life in any way, it's purely fiction and very few facts. Where the Crow meets Death.

Just a little something that popped in my head earlier. I haven't written one of these in a long time and wanted to try again. I started writing this Ville fic up on my phone and couldn't stop. lol! I'll try to update as often as I can. Also, I'm not entirely sure where exactly I want it to go just yet, I figure I'll just let it flow the way it wants to before I start trying to map out how I want it to be.

Finland. Her friends questioned why she even considered moving to such a place. Her family begged her to stay in the United States. What was the point of leaving when she had everything, and everyone, back home? Home just didn't feel like home anymore, especially since Aria's father began to abuse her. She decided to follow her dreams, and get away from there. Aria would rather be alone, only choosing one or two friends here and there, to keep her heart from being broken, or worse, ending up with someone like her father. However, that all changes when she meets a mysterious man named Ville after he saves her from a close encounter with death. Will she open up her heart? Or will she keep it closed forever? This is my first self-insertion story. I am the main character in it. It also includes a character based on a friend....this work is pure fiction except for the personalities of the characters. Maria travels to Finland leaving behind all she knew on a journey to find herself, she is hoping to meet up with her friend angel who happens to be dating Alexi from the death metal band Children of Bodom, Maria seeks to traverse the steps that her muse once took himself, yet when she runs into Ville Valo himself, a friendship will bloom...yet in her heart can she hope for more.
