Kayleigh and twin brother Bertie have just turned 18. They don't have a lot in common other than some features. After running away with new friends Asking Alexandria, Kayleigh's on/off relationship with Ben the lead guitarist takes a toll on both her and Ben. Bertie comes back into her life and reveals things that Kayleigh should have known. Leading her into the same downward spiral her mother went down after the divorce.
