Victoria is a shy seventeen year old girl who lives in a mansion and has it all. But one day at her school, Clearwater Dolphins(name of school recently changed) she meets an annoying guy who always teases her. And shortly after she meets this annoying guy, she tells her best friend Jessica about him. Later after that, she gets into a fight with Jessica because not only is this guy annoying, but he's Jessica's brother, too. What will happen next?
