At twenty-eight years old, Evelyn should know better. She still sucks at being a good friend, despite their best efforts to keep her from slipping away. She still spends night after night in his bed, despite knowing their relationship has nowhere to go. And she still can't find common ground with her mother, despite a desperate desire to form a meaningful connection with the first woman she's ever known. With the final years of her twenties dwindling down, Evelyn finds herself reflecting on the years spent discovering her girlhood in hopes that she'll learn to understand her womanhood.
