Ever since Izuku's dad left when he was four, his mother had been struggling. Living with Inko Midoriya was hard, Izuku could admit that, but that didn't mean he loved her any less. She was his mother. Izuku loved his mother more than he could ever describe even if she was an alcoholic. Even if he had to look after himself a majority of the time. Even if he hadn't told a single soul that his mum was far from ok.

Izuku Midoriya grew up imprisoned in an underground hideout, knowing nothing but pain and misery. That all changes one day when he is saved by an overly enthusiastic blonde and brought to a home with other kids his age that have all lived hard lives. Shy, and untrusting, how will all the other kids get closer to the new boy, getting him to smile once again. What will happen when his tormentors go after him and memories start to resurface, bringing to light connections he has with some of the other kids? Will every one make it out unharmed? What if, when Bakugo and Midoriya are older and hero's, one of them doesn't make it back from their mission as they thought they would. Bakugo and Midoriya had went out to help a couple other pro hero's. You may know them as Denki Kaminari (Charge Bolt) and Kirishima Eijiro (Red Riot). They were up against a villain who constantly enhanced his quirk the longer it took them to take him down but it wasn't as easy as it sounded. Besides this villain, there were others. Civilians he'd turned mad and forced them to use their quirks on the four boys. They couldn't hurt to civilians. They're innocent. But the villain, Madane, wasn't letting up and Dynamite was running out of stamina. An unknown blast was mere inches away from shooting Dynamite and, the number one pro hero, Deku, had jumped and pushed him out of the way just in time. Instead of it hitting Bakugo, it hit Midoriya. Right in the heart.. Will Deku fall from his number 1 throne, or will someone help him just in time?... And if he survives how will this villain be defeated?
