Luffy has been diagnosed with ADHD since he was eight, now he is 15 in high school is in a meeting with his dad and his Psychiatrist. When he comes out, his friends help him adjust to the life. His home life is also significantly different with his brothers and his behaviour takes a drastic change
(So in this story Luffys 10, Ace and Sabo are 18.) Sabo gets a call from Luffys school teacher Ms. Makino saying that Luffy is sick. So the two older brothers get to spend the week taking turns taking care of their little baby brother.
