Sometimes, life can be hard-especially for teenage girls. We have to balance an endless amount of new responsibilities all while trying to figure out who we are and who we want to be. Even though my life is constantly subject to change, there is one thing that remains constant: God. Because He is my Lord and Savior, I can find comfort in the fact that I don't have to face this difficult life alone. Confessions of a Teenage Christian is a book I am consistently updating. Each entry covers a topic either I've had a hard time understanding, or one of you have. I have felt God calling me to share my experiences of being a teen and sharing how He has forever changed my life.

This book is written to encourage you to grow closer in your walk with Jesus. From your new life in Christ to walking by faith, things are covered that I, and maybe some of you, may struggle with. Whether you are already a Christian, or you don't know who Jesus is, this devotional will hopefully enlighten you about who He is and the calling He has placed over your life. While I learn and grow in my walk with God, I hope I can encourage you in yours. ❤

"Hey Mark!" I said, walking to the stage. I walked up the stairs carefully. After all, I was wearing wedges and preferred to stay out out the hospital. "Hey Macie," he replied. "Could you get the songs on the stands for me?" "Sure," I said, taking the two folders out of his backpack. I opened each one and had started placing the music on the stands when I heard the door open. I expected it to be either Carly, Denver or Amanda, but when I turned around, I saw that it was my mother. Her hair was wild and her eyes frightened as she opened her mouth to speak. "Macie, Ben, Brittany and Tristan have just been in a what-could-be-fatal car crash." - Macie is your average teenage girl. Popular, Pretty, Perfect. Everyone at St. Phyllis Prep. knows who she is. She manages to befriend the most popular boy in the school, Andrew. When a new kid enrols to St Phyllis, sharing his love of Christ openly, she has no clue what has happened, or who this guy, Jesus, is! Naomi meets Levi at her favorite place in the world, the Library. He also just so happens to be going to the same school as her. While they get along well, there's one thing that builds a wall between them. Naomi is religious, Levi isn't. Naomi goes through a battle of feelings that keep bubbling inside of her towards a guy that doesn't love the love of her life; Jesus. While Naomi tries to resist anything that has to do with Levi, The Lord helps her think otherwise. God makes her realize that reaching out and helping those that don't know Jesus is better than pushing them away and out of her life.
