Edgar has been a lot more silent recently, and it's gotten the attention of his co-worker, Colette. What's more is her discovery of a note buried deep in the trash. Their feelings are conflicting as the two need to sort this out. Edgar Way would much rather spend the day listening to My Chemical Romance and painting his nails than going into work. But with a spot opening up at the Gift Shop and a promotion on the table, Edgar's whole life is flipped upside down, but maybe not for the worst like he thinks... because he meets someone special that changes his world forever.

It's easier to dwell on hating Spike in secret. Working in the gift shop with Colette, Edgar downs all the flavors of anger before facing the taste of love.
