The God Of Death (who had taking a liking to the witty child) took him to another dimension where he was raised by Kim Rok Soo and lived a fantastic life as the Head of Monster Analysis and Research. At the age of 18 he had no choice but to make a deal with the God once more though as his brothers were very close to death. The deal was that he had to go back to his dimension and help them win the War.
