Caine had a breakdown. The circus collapsed and everyone was freed. Everyone remembered their names. Everyone got their bodies back. Caine had reached his breaking point. After being told numerous times his adventures were pointless. Torture even. He realized there was no point to his existence. He can't create fun. He creates digital hell. He glitched out. The circus died with him.
Christine (Pomni) went home first. When she knocks on the door, her mother breaks down in tears and pulled her into a hug. She had been missing for nine months. Nine months of questions she doesn't know how to answer. She tries to explain where she's been, but the words sound impossible-even to herself.
Felix (Jax) returns to a house filled with memories he ran from. The last time he was there, he'd left after a fight with his mom about her boyfriend. Awful words were said. But he ran, never looking back. Now he had to face the question he's been avoiding: after everything, does he still belong there?
This is a story about two people rebuilding lives that kept moving without them. About finding familiarity in a world that no longer feels the same. And about a friendship that survives the circus-proving that even after everything falls apart, some connections don't disappear.
Most of it will have no major storyline and will be like a little slice-of-life book. (Which Jax would hate)
