this is a story that starts from high school and later at work some years later. I used a lot of time and love in to this fanfic so I hope you guys love it💗 It has a lot of triggering stuff. tk has a lot of pain. it's self-harming and bad thoughts and bullying and abuse(between tk and a class mate) and some thoughts about suicide. so if any of that is triggering I don't think this fanfic is for you💗 Tk is having a hard time at school and need someone. just someone and that one's comes eventully to save him out of the pain. they are there for each other through hard times

His whole life he has wanted to become more than a farmer ( even though his family expected him to join into the business) , but Carlos knew he wanted to help people and what better way to help people by being who they call in need! He has been a police officer for almost 15 years now and he loves everything about the job. He was pulling into the location where he got a call , when he saw a short haired brunette come from the back of the 126 FD truck. He's usually good at putting a name to the face but this man he didn't know, he thought little of it , oblivious to how that brunette is going to change his life. For the better , and the worst . TK has always put the job first. The question though is which job. His job as a capo for the Reyes family mafia, or his secret job as an undercover agent smuggling information about the mafia to the FBI. Putting either job first becomes hard when his cover is blown and he's locked in a basement cell. TK craves freedom even just a little, and Carlos needs to get married in order to takeover for his father as don (boss). They've never hated each other but it's not like they're in love. So, what happens next? [Btw while planning this I intended for all the chapters to be short, I intend for this to not be a slow burn and for the characters to move fast, but you never know sometimes things change.]. Also TK doesn't have an undercover name. Idk why I just didn't think about it and this is less confusing.

Carlos and his partner Lindsey respond to a domestic violence call turned homicide and find more than they expected. A three year old boy with bright blue eyes and curly blonde hair to be exact. The kid quickly becomes family and is well loved, but what happens when his shady maternal grandparents come to ruin everything.
