However, Alastor's dark past starts to reveal itself, especially when someone he knows comes to the hotel. To make things more complicated, Alastor and Charlie started developing feelings for each other. What will happen next?

Charlie Morningstar, the new queen of Hell, was killed on the extermination day and reincarnated into the human world where the presence of demons and their ilk is considered forbidden.

After learning that angels can be slain permanently using angelic steel, Lucifer comes across a bylaw that states Charlie has to produce a cautionary heir in case she dies. A loophole gives her the right to choose her own surrogates to conceive and carry the heir for regardless of whether they're hellborn or sinners. Against her own better judgment, she chooses Alastor and Rosie to be the surrogates, making them the target of Lute's wrath. Lute, having gone against heaven's orders, creates a virus that renders sinners feral and forces those who are inflicted to slaughter their own loved ones. Some are immune. Others are not. When The Radio Demon becomes infected, the only cure requires Lute's blood, but the exorcist is nowhere to be seen. It's up to Charlie and the gang to put an end to the plague. Can they save Alastor and the rest of Hell in time, or will Lute's mission to eradicate what she calls an abomination growing in The Cannibal Queen's womb be successful?
