After a tragic accident that completely changes her life, Annie and her twin brother, Austin, are taken in by the Emersons, a family of seven (drop-dead gorgeous) boys. But Annie never expects to fall for one of the boys...let alone two. "A delicious series of twists and turns." - Grace @ HQ ***** Annie Cassidy has always had a simple life. She lives with her mom, dad, and her twin brother, Austin, in Indiana. She's always been close to each of them; a bond nobody could break until one fatal night when Annie's parents are killed in a head-on collision. She and Austin have no other family nearby and are taken under the wing of their father's best friend, Derek Emerson. They move from their small, comfortable hometown in Indiana, to the giant city of Los Angeles, California. Not only are they shocked to find out that the Emersons are rich--but that they also have seven kids. And they're all boys! As Annie begins to settle in, the last thing she expects is to develop feelings for one of the brothers, let alone two. It's safe to say that her new life in LA is about to get a whole lot more complicated. Content warning: mature scenes, depictions of a car crash, and mentions of grief. "You... want me to show you my belly? And you're paying me 500 dollars for it?" I repeated in disbelief. "Yes," Mr. Calnan replied curtly. Shock mixed with suspicion. Mr. Calnan, our strict and cold boss, who had banned all workplace romance, wanted to see... my belly? Why my belly, of all things?! And why ME?! This had to be a test. He was testing whether I would agree, only to fire me afterward. But even that theory had flaws-after all, he was the one who initiated this crazy idea. I hesitated for what felt like a long time. Then, in the end, curiosity won over, and on a sudden impulse, I spread open my work coat and lifted my white T-shirt. Mr. Calnan's gaze instantly locked onto my bare stomach. His focused stare burned into my skin as he thoroughly examined every square inch of the exposed area. My face burned with embarrassment. He didn't say anything, and he didn't grimace, but I could see on his face that he didn't like what he saw. My chubby belly, my stretch marks, and the faint line of hair below my navel that I hadn't had time to shave. Well, I know it's not the most attractive sight, but then why did he want to see my belly? Honestly, what was he expecting? "Can I pull my T-shirt back down?" I asked, humiliated and irked. "Yes," Mr. Calnan replied after a brief pause. He didn't speak for a while, just stared at my now-covered stomach with a blank expression. Meanwhile, I waited impatiently and tensely for him to do something. I needed to know whether he was actually going to give me the money or not, and whether it would turn out that this had all just been a test. Suddenly, he moved toward me, closing the distance between us. He loomed over me, and I looked up at his face in alarm. "I'll give you another 1000 if you let me touch your hips." My eyes widened in shock. *Edited to fit within the character limit for the description

Everything was certain. Until the night everything changed. Her marriage collapsed, her home fell silent, and every path she once dreamed of closed at once. But grief has a strange way of rearranging destinies. Pulled together by loss and bound by responsibility, Varsha and Ashwin Raina-strangers in every sense but devotion-find their lives stitched into the same story. He, the quiet, work-driven brother who lost a sister too soon. She, the bruised yet unbreakable girl who became a mother overnight. Together, they step into a marriage neither planned, building a family from the ruins of heartbreak, discovering strength in places they never looked, and learning that sometimes love doesn't arrive as a choice... but as a promise you make to those who can't make one for themselves. Sometimes love doesn't arrive as a fairy tale- sometimes it grows quietly in the spaces grief leaves behind.

[𝐌𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐚 𝐗 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫] "Fᴀʟʟɪɴɢ ꜰᴏʀ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏsᴛ ʀᴜᴛʜʟᴇss ᴍᴀꜰɪᴀ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴄɪᴛʏ? Iᴛ ɪsɴ'ᴛ ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴛʜᴏsᴇ Wᴀᴛᴛᴘᴀᴅ ʀᴏᴍᴀɴᴄᴇs ʏᴏᴜ sᴄʀᴏʟʟ ᴛʜʀᴏᴜɢʜ ᴀᴛ ᴍɪᴅɴɪɢʜᴛ." ACP Tara Ahuja has spent her career chasing a truth buried with her parents. Names, files, silences. Justice, if it still exists. Abhiraj Chowdhury lives inside that chaos. He runs a city without asking for permission, bound by rules he inherited. He believes in control. In loyalty measured by silence. In violence executed like habit, not rage. Three shots. Always three. Enough to end a life without wasting time. Their connection is forbidden, a mistake she can't undo. Truth surfaces in fragments. Loyalties fracture quietly. And attraction arrives where it should not, between interrogations, gunmetal silences, and conversations that feel too honest to be safe. Loving him could cost Tara her badge, her past, and her dead parents' memory. Loving her could cost Abhiraj his empire, his men, and the one rule he swore never to break. This is not a story about redemption. It is about what people choose to protect when everything begins to rot. WARNİNG!!!! ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 𝐌𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐚 𝐠𝐮𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 😏🫠😛.
