Surrounded by fear and enemies, Sabre's instincts kick in, revealing a little-known adaptation of the player species- the ability to literally change their skin, as well as their biology. With his life and newfound abilities quickly spinning out of control, Sabre has to rely on his friends to guide him through these changes before the evil lurking just beneath the surface threatens to take them away forever. This story was originally adopted from @IcyWillowSong Ever since Sabre created Origin, he's been stuck in a cycle. Determined to save his friends, he lives his life in an endless loop. But unintended consequences have started to threaten the cycle, his life, and the world itself. When an anomaly causes Sabre to stumble upon a piece of his world's forgotten history, he must face a choice: continue to fulfill his role in a quickly crumbling timeline, or risk himself and those he cares about to create a better future.
