Just like any other Sans X MHA/BNHA, Sans dies but with Chara. Exactly 100 years later, Sans woke up in the middle of Japan. Will he get the hang of his new world? Undertale and MHA/BNHA not owned by me. By the way, this story only has two seasons. And if anyone is wondering why does MHA look weirder than usual, it's because I've never watched MHA at all.
