As the years passed, everyone believed it to be a wive's tale and a story to tell children to keep them inside at night and not to wander the woods lest the witch eats them. The fourteen-year-old girl ventured into the woods on the full moon on all hallow's eve to find the stone that was said to keep the witch in the earth.
