Robin Arellano came from Mexico not knowing any English. He tries to become friends with someone named Finney Blake but Finney only knows a bit of Spanish not enough to have a conversion. Luckily Finney has a friend named Vance Hopper well.. not really a friend friend he only knows Vance because he's the strongest guy in his school but also he's friends with Bruce Yamada a guy who plays baseball with him so Vance doesn't mess with him much. Anyways the point is Vance surprisingly pays attention in his Spanish class so he knows a bit of Spanish to have a conversation with Robin. Set in New Orleans lived two boys. One having a secret, the other being a new kid, or better fresh meat... Finney Blake, the locked up, trouble maker. Finney had been living in New Orleans the day he had been born, never left, never did anything outside of the city. He was known for being not only popular but apparently good in bed... With both males and females...Finney was known for being the hot kid too, except, he had never had a real relationship, ever. Every girl and guy was convinced at one point maybe they had been the one. But they were wrong, Finney was distant, and he found it hard to show his emotions. The only close friends he had were Vance Hopper the tough kid, Billy Showalter the party kid, and Bruce Yamada Robin Arellano the New hot kid, Robin had moved from Denver and was completely new to everything. His mom and dad had been freshly divorced, and when asked the question about his sexuality he would answer with, "I'm still figuring it out." Even though he knew that he was gay. He was just scared. And he was even more scared when he met Finney Blake... A possible lover, or enemy. Finney made Robin get butterflies, but still the constant feeling of wanting to punch Finney in the face at the same time. He never felt this feeling and surely after finding out Finney's reputation he didn't want want to feel the way he did.

Two Trouble makers, have finally fully pissed off not only all their teachers but their parents too. In total that only equaled one thing... Boarding school... Not in the shitty part of Denver but the nice part of Denver. Finney Blake. A typical seventeen year old boy... Besides the fact that he attempted to burn down the school twice, smokes a lot, and loves to annoy the crap out of his teachers and dad. Finney didn't grow up exactly with sunshine and rainbows considering he lost his mom to suicide at only six years old. He also grew up on the shitty side of Denver, the side where crimes were normal, the side where no one gave a fuck. That was normal, until he not only got caught smoking, but trying to light some kid on fire... Fun... Robin Arellano. That one tough seventeen year old kid to not ever mess with unless you want to look deformed for the rest of your life. Robin didn't mess with shit. He had girls fawning over him every step he went. Not that it bothered him. Finney Blake bothered him, Finney just did with his annoying laugh and stupid smirk he had at parties when he as was high. Robin just didn't mess with Finney, like ever. And Finney didn't mess with him... Well until they got sent to Brookesville Boarding School, that's when he just wanted to mess with him...
