After burning down the house Beth and Daryl go back to their little camp. And their relationship evolves.

Part one of a story that takes you from medieval times to future starship battles, to Dragons and werewolves. While a man named David is looking for his mother and father and ends up losing more then he can handle, and with the help of close friends and some close new friends. Together they team up to destroy the worlds greats threat that would and could end the world as we knows it, and he must prove to himself that, even he can be a hero, even when facing the most difficult problem.

My opinion of What should have happened in the season 5 mid season finally if the writers were thinking straight!!! It's not just an alternate ending but an alternate beginning. Daryl and Beth might get together. Somehow in this messed up world these too very different, very great characters have found each other. Each has come to have feelings for the other, now they just have to figure it out themselves. Read to see if love can survive the apocalypse, while many people wont.
