Book 2 Everyone knew the story of the Boy Who Lived. But many weren't familiar with the story of the Girl Who Knitted. Eleanor Ross knitted her way to victory, her knitted garments protected those who fought against the Dark Lord and his followers, and to think it all started with a prank. Back in their fifth year of Hogwarts, Fred and George Weasley attempted to unleash one of their pranks on the unsuspecting Hufflepuff, and when it failed, they were determined to figure out how Eleanor deflected every single one of their attempts. They discovered so much more. George discovered that knitting posed an actual threat. Fred discovered that behind the innocent knitting was a fearless badger ready to fight. Eleanor discovered that she fell in love with a boy who smelled like gunpowder and cinnamon. The war might have been over, but the adventure was far from it. Book One: Tightly Knit Book Two: Gunpowder and Cinnamon Book Three : TBA

Eli Jackson has just married the woman of his dreams. Sure, it was part of an online RPG and not exactly real, but he totally dominated the wedding battle that followed and his lady wife was very impressed. Eli never imagined that his meddlesome older brothers would find a way to make him and his gamer girl meet in person. He never figured on costume designer Zoey Daniels being such fun. Together they’re dynamite, but Eli’s not looking for a real relationship and Zoey lives only for the day. Besides, no one falls in love this fast. Do they? That's the story blurb and I'll be uploading Chapter One on Friday May 1st 2015 (A lovely date for starting something!) From then on I'll be adding more story parts every Tuesday and Friday until the story is complete. I aim to give each chapter a subtitle that's part teaser, part summary. As in: gamer girl - chapter one whereby gamer girl Zoey realizes that her gaming buddy Eli has older brothers who should be shot. Hint: not a problem I'll also be swapping out cover designs a lot - mainly because I can't stay away from the glorious beast that is Photoshop. I'd love to hear cover comments as well as story ones and seeing as I'm new to wattpad I'd love some recs when it comes to places to ogle and improve on coverart. A final note on spelling. I write for three different markets - The UK, the USA and AUS. This story is set in Australia so Aussie slang it is, but the spelling is American English. Realize with a 'z' instead of realise with an 's'. Humor instead of humour. Gray vs Grey. Fun times. See you on Friday!

Clara’s summer plans of getting her driver’s license and lounging by the pool are instantly shattered when her mother and father are offered the opportunity to study a rare butterfly in the Amazon Rainforest. When Clara and her younger brother Liam are unceremoniously dropped off at their grandparent’s technology-free farmhouse in the middle of nowhere, things quickly go from bad to worse. In addition to coming down with a terrible case of the flu, Clara begins to hear strange unexplained sounds at night, she is locked into her bedroom every night, and her brother is given strict rules about where he can explore on his grandparent’s expansive property. Clara’s concern turns to pure terror when she and Liam find their grandfather reading the morning paper at the dining room table, covered in blood with a long kitchen knife in one hand. Petrified, Clara and Liam burst past their grandfather and race into the forbidden woods surrounding the farmhouse. Are things as they appear? Is their grandfather a murderer? Will Clara and Liam find their way to safety?
