Akshara and Abhimanyu got married (akshara was not pregnant).
10 years later Roohi came to Birla house and after sometime she found a diary of Arohi and found out how unfair the whole family was with her mother, she instantly started hating Goenka's and birla's .
except her cousins Abhir, Shivansh ,Nyra( biological daughter of Akshara and abhimanyu).
Later came to know that Arohi is suffering from brain tumor

Abhimanyu and Akshara married after Abhinav's death and Arohi shifted to Mumbai with Roohi but died due to brain tumor when Roohi was 15 , Roohi hated Goenkas and Birlas so she lived in different flat in Udaipur without knowledge of Birlas and Goenkas except her brothers (Abhir and Shivansh) but two years later Abhimanyu and Akshara died in a car accident .
Due to some misunderstanding Abhimanyu and Akshara's 6 year old daughter (Nyra ) started to fear Abhir and Roohi had to come stay with Birlas for some time which she had always avoided .
It is the story of how her temporary stay was converted into permanent and how Roohi and Abhir became parents of their sister .

This story is continuation after Abhira's tilak where everything is same as per Yrkkh where Roohi was seemed unbothered by there wedding .
But, Arohi finds out that Roohi.is just pretending to be unbothered and happy as she thinks she will loose her poppy if she would show any disagreement.
But same day son of Manjari and Mahima's brother from London Adhik Khurana comes to Birla house to stay for Abhira's wedding.
And staying there he just doesn't help Roohi to regain her trust but also becomes really close to Arohi .
