Plans to destroy it, burn it to the ground, and take down anyone who stands in their way - such as the Phoenix, a new hero of Gotham following in the footsteps of the Batman. But sometimes things don't go according to plan. NOTE: this book is mainly based off of the movie "The Dark Knight".
